Weatherby: Ginny, Oliver, and Percy
Percy scoffed. “That’s different,” he informed her. Mr. Malfoy had seemed to make his way around, which Percy didn’t approve of with his little sister. “But, maybe I would have given you a chance to explain yourself.” In all honesty, he…
Ginny sighed, “I understand keeping your relationship a secret, but did you really think I wouldn’t accept you, unless you had a different reason for hiding it from me.”
He was scared, and that’s why he didn’t tell her. Percy Weasley was scared, which wasn’t something that he wanted to admit to anyone. He didn’t care much about what other people said, but if his little sister who had just forgiven him didn’t accept him, it’d be awful. “Well, yes. That’s the reason,” he finally admitted. “And that two colleagues aren’t allowed to have relations,” he added as an afterthought.
Ginny felt her temper rising again, “what have I ever done, that would make you believe I wouldnt accept you.” She almost yelled.
“It’s not you, Ginny, it’s everyone!” Percy rubbed his temples, frustrated with himself along with his sister.
“If it’s not me, then why lie to me?” Ginny asked, her eyes wondering with confusion.
Why didn’t she get it? Percy sighed, “I mean that it’s not just you.” He paused, looking at Oliver, silently apologizing. “It’s hard telling anyone.” Hell, he had trouble telling people, family especially, when he was dating Penelope. Relentless teasing was his concern then, but it was the same principle.
Ginny took a deep breath and made her face emotionless, “Percy, I would never judge you about your relationship, yeah I may not like it but I will suck it up, cause I know what you are going through.”
Mimicking Ginny, Percy took a deep breath as well and relaxed his body. “Thank you,” he finally said.
“You’re welcome, and while we are sharing I might aswell tell you, I am kind of seeing Draco.”
He paused. Percy already knew it was true before she said it by the way she acted, but he supposed there was no way to deny that. “I can accept that, but just be… careful,” he said, hoping she knew he only had her best interest in mind.

“Well…at least she knows. That’s one family member down. A million more to go,” Oliver said, trying to lighten the mood.
